It's waste of money to take policy from Aditya birla. They will not give cashless nor reimbursement facility. They will reject the claim and will not understand our logic and problems.

I went to there Indore office near Satya Sai square on date 09Dec2023 at 12:15 & waited around 20 min but there were no staff present in there cabin neither it was mentioned about lunch timings nor any person was there to guide , also I called customer care for clarification regarding policy wordings but they were transferring calls to next level by saying due to limited access we are transferring your call to next level .when they are not supporting during policy renewals , what will they guide or support customer when there will be query regarding claims.Then I finally chosen to port my policy to another health insurer.
