Wrong address totally time wasting, the office is in Medanta hospital building, please correct it.
This is located in Vijay nagar chowk, just left side to the Apna sweets on the 5th floor of Shagun Tower.
Representatives dont want to attend you over toll free number nor attending on mail, I am totally lost where to go for my problem since last ine month. Negative Responsiveness
Well trained and well behaved employees. That are tactful and have patience. Not crowded. Lift is an issue always overcrowded and parking is also a problem for visitors to the building as lot of offices.
It is a cheat company . They will not process your claims even after submitting all documents .We have surrender by policy where they are giving excuses to ensure they don't return the refund .
Nice experience. All staff members are polite. My problem was solved without any problems..
It is located in Shagun Arcade 5th floor the map location was not correct and and showing ahead the Indian oil fuel pump. Staff was good and polite however not helpful. Support team from ICICI pru life suggested to submit Cheque or DD to the nearest branch but this branch denied the acceptance of cheque. Raised a complaint against this branch and taking it forward to Insurance Ombudsman
