This branch office of ICICI Prudential is located near Monica Galaxy above Thomas cook office on 2nd floor, Opposite city centre. Office is small in size but staff is very good and helpful.

Poor service, very unhelpful staff. They bother only if they are getting some business out of you. Small and existing policies are none of their concern. People are made to wait longer than 15-20mins for trivial processing. Working hours are too small for a service provider company. Will not recommended to anyone.

Visited the office for Saral Jeevan Bima Policy which is designed with standard and uniform terms and conditions mandated by Union Government through Insurance sector regulator,IRDA, for all life insurance companies in India to cater the needs of a section of public which is otherwise not eligible for taking normal pure term insurance plan. Front desk staff member was co-operative and readily drawn out the intended cover fully explaining the scope of the policy and instantly gave the premium quotation, which is really appreciable

The executive at the desk didn't have proper information regarding the policy which my father had. And missguided us that their is no life cover on my father's policy whoever visiting this branch I will suggest you to call at costumer care of ICICI they will give you better information so that you are well prepared before visiting this office who had ignorant staff. Also there is no parking facility available it will be wise to take a cab so that you don't have fear of No Parking fines. I wish I could give it 0.01 star but there is no option for it.
