Extremely poor service . I booked my air tickets which were refundable for 0 cancellation and for the refund I have been following up more than 8 months and they are not responsive and neither giving clarity . Their customer service is extremely poor . Pathetic may your company shut down soon

Even for small amount claims, they will demand tons of documents and even thereafter they will need at least 10 reminders in form of emails and phone calls. Then they will pay that amount in 2-3 months. Worst service.
I made a mistake buying insurance from your company. I won’t purchase it ever from your company. Most pathetic service. Small work. But you can’t solve even small issues.
Ur job is to insure and assure people, not torture them. My friend appears to be disheartened availing your pathetic service. Recommend against their service for better peace of mind
