Bajaj General Insurance Ltd.

I want to renew my Policy that's why I went to there office in indore city at race course road, commerce house. But there was no office present on that floor. Then I called customer care many times but can't even tell me there office in my city, and instead of giving me the address they asked me to search on google. Then I tried to renew my Policy through there bagic app but two times I made payment but again and again problem occurs and my Policy is not renewed till now. Pathetic service by bajaj allianz.... Never recommend to any body.

Pathetic Work and Horrible experience!! Please do not buy any policy with this organization, I recommend ZERO Rating for the insurance policies which they offer. t's a very disappointing and disgraceful thing that happened to me with Bajaj's general insurance experience. I informed everything to you before buying this policy and with your request, I submitted the documents, If this is the case where I am not able to raise a claim on behalf of my father, being a son of a policyholder(father) then how did this policy even got issued, don't you guys verify and cross-check before issuing the policy, I was informed that since I am the legal heir I will have complete authority to raise, also I mention about the construction happening at my neighbor's house but you said it's all covered under this home insurance policy. The fact is you were aware of all the situation and ensured me that it was all under your control and issued a false policy to me under my father's name My first and last experience with Bajaj Allianz has become horrible. If you guys can not pass a claim for a policy in which the insured died before the policy was issued how can this policy even be processed in your system? how can I receive the policy number with all policy details. I need a complete explanation of this and want your higher authority to look into this as soon as possible. Till now I was relaxed and kept all my trust in Bajaj Allianz thinking my house is covered by the reputed company but it's very disappointing to say now I do not believe and have no trust in your system and work to process or issue a policy.
