Worst app to use,better go to some other app as they don't have good services at all. I repayed my loan amount 1600 in may 2019 but still they didn't closed my account and thats affecting my credit score. Customer care are the worst too as they do not pick up the call.

Bahut hi kharab app hai inko baat karne ki tamiz hi nahi hai aur daily 10 phone karte mana karne ke baad bhi chhoti si amount loan chhota sa emi hai aur aek din bhi late hua to phone pe phone thoda sa bhi wait nahi karte aur kharab tarike se baat karte hai lady ho ke kharab baat karti hai aur bolte hai aap pe case karungi aisa vaisa

already told many time not need any loan... still got 6-7 calls per day and 10 SMS. 3 times i mail you for active DND on my number and email. but you guys are really care for me .... daily call me for loan... BC nahi chaiye loan... if you require loan, tell me i will give you and yes don't forget to bring aadhaar card with you... Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

One of the Worst PL loan platform. They harrass you like anything. Inspite of having said them 4 times that I dont need any Loan and do not call me, their Auto Calls/People Calls are coming 3 times in day and continuously over the last 2 months. Completely shameless organization they are. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Don't install this as its a scam they dont provide immediate loan instead will give a mere amount of 3k to 6k for 3 months and nothing beyond that. If you need immediate money then dont fall into there scam all they do is ask for all your data and will give only a mere amount i think they are collecting data and not actually doing what they claim for. I needed money for medical expenses but all they do is timepass. A total waste of time. Wish can give 0 star..

Extremely disappointed and angry with KreditBee. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a lending company. My EMI was delayed due to personal circumstances, and I was already prepared to make the payment. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I received a call from a recovery agent who started using abusive and profane language with me from the very beginning of the call. Seriously, is this how KreditBee trains its recovery agents? Having an overdue EMI does NOT give anyone the right to verbally abuse, threaten, or disrespect a customer. I have the caller’s number and evidence of the call, and I have formally complained to KreditBee regarding this incident. I expect the company to identify this agent, investigate the call, and take appropriate action. I am willing to resolve my EMI through the proper process, but I will absolutely NOT tolerate harassment or abusive behaviour from anyone representing this company. If KreditBee fails to provide a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate this matter through the appropriate grievance and regulatory channels and will consider taking legal action. KreditBee seriously needs to look at how its recovery team treats customers. Collecting money is one thing; abusing and intimidating people is completely unacceptable. Extremely poor experience. I would strongly advise people to carefully consider the quality of customer/recovery support before dealing with this company.
