बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है... बिलकुल tvs फाइनेंस सर्विस तो मत ही ले... जबरन का पैसा चार्ज करते है... रेट ऑफ़ इंट्रेस्ट बढ़ाने मैं लगे रहते है... इनके पास कस्टमर के लिये टाइम नहीं है... खास कर मैं रायगढ़ जिला कबीर चौक के पास tvs शोरूम मैं बैठे tvs फाइनेंस एक्ससीकेटिव पर्सन एवं छत्तीसगढ़ ब्रांच हेड... इनसे मेरा बात हुआ है गाड़ी लेते समय इनके पास टाइम नहीं है कस्टमर का सुनने का, ये अपनी मर्जी चलाते है कस्टमर को लूटने का काम करते है | अगर कोई इनसे ऊपर का अधिकारी msg पढ़े या देखे तो इनपे कुछ कार्यवाही करे|

Bahut h bekar service h tvs k.. M inke indore branch per gya tha foreclosure k liye.. Inke pass २ min ka bhi time nhi h ki customer se bat kar.. Inke alag h rule h foreclosue k liye bolte h ki check se payment nhi lage... M yaha per 4 bar chakar lga chuka hu mager koi concen member h nhi h jisase vat ho jaye... Jao to bas ek banda ata h shri karkar usko bhi time nhi rahta bat karne ka.. Very bad experience ever.. 😌😌😌😌😌😌
