Rate of interest increasing very frequently

Good service
PMAY subsidy still not received, have taken loan in 2021
As a customer, if I had visited the branch then I didn't get any support due to branch internal work.
Very bad services as staff commited for PMLS subsidy but I have not received and staff behaviour also very bad.
It was a smooth process for our home loan and to deal with sundram finance executive Mr. Satyendra singh and all the team.
Not happy with the Sundaram home finance policy, when RBI has increase Repo Rate so they will increase your EMI or tenure, but when RBI reduce there Repo Rate, but Sundaram finance not reduce your EMI or tenure, after you follow of for same they Sade it is depend our PLR, rate, I am not satisfied with the service of Sundaram finance bank.
