really a very bad experience they are not having manners to talk to their customers , firstly company need to trend them that how to talk to a customer.

The worst banking experience you can have is with bandhan bank

Bandhan Bank is very bad and there employee also very bad behaviour for customer they don't know how to talk with the customer and very bad service of this bank.

Very useful for those people who not have strong income proof and wants to home loan. staff are good and service is also good. but interest rate is some high from others banks.

Overall Satisfied with Gruh Finance. Only Problem is , In this internet era they don't have any online account access system. You need to visit branch for everything you need to know. however the staff is very helpful.

Staff at ranjit hanuman road branch is not co-operative. They do not talk decently and let you down. Gruh's operating policies are also not standard as per finance Industry. When you are irritated from their services and try to shift your loan account, they do not allow you to shift your loan account by bringing many hassles and hindrances in process.
