Very bad experience
Doesn't attend calls and service is very bad, don't have time to transfer funds of same bank
Very irresponsible behaviour of staff , not resolving things not even picking calls even though I am a privilege customer then too they are not interested.
Worst experience ever... They kept me waiting with a token... I went there to get my home registery... They kept me waiting for 1:30 hrs just for a 30 second information.
private sector provides better services than government.....this branch is best example for the above statement.
very bad service we have saving account in this bank but always took bad response from side and bank deduct money without information even without resion.
The services of gate no.2 is very disappointed. Guard behaviour is very bad. He talks as he owns the icici bank. Very shamfull sevices.
Very bad experience .without your permission this branch has send new card ..one by one and take charge also...no connect by rm.and no rply costmer care ..
Worst staff at this location, all are inexperienced. No one knows here how to work. Admin who is asking to mail on reviews, is not the solution for problems. No one responds on these mails.
No revert mail from the bank against the loan documents send on time for the upcoming batch in bangluru. Please assist me further.
