LWorst banking experience ever. The customer service is extremely poor, and there is no sense of urgency in resolving customer issues. I had to make repeated follow-ups, but nobody took responsibility or provided a proper solution. The staff gave inconsistent information, causing unnecessary stress and delays. I expected much better service, but this bank has been a huge disappointment. I would not recommend AU Small Finance Bank to anyone.
