i have my salary account in this bank and time of opening they says you don't have any penalty after leaving job or on zero balance but after 2 months it deducted 500 for no reason when discuss with bank employee they says you have to maintain it on 10000 worse people worse experience

I have given the request for account closure submitted the form also andbrabch officer told that it will be closed within 7 working days and unnecessary charges which has been charges that will be reversed and till yet my account is not clossed even charges has not been reversed and again n again on my salary account they are charging charges please do the needful and close my account ASAP. And provide me the NOC of the same
