No customer care support No employment support Only harassing customers And mail also not reply For foreclosure letter and LOD

Poonawalla Housing Finance is a company that wants to harass the customers They don't have any app so that customer can check their statement And when it is asked to take the statement from them or application for the statement is given, then they do not even give the statement, Customer care asks to go to local branch, local branch says we can't do anything, everything will be done from head branch, we have to visit their office for 2-2 hours, still these people don't give document like statement, It's been 10 days since I applied for the statement, still they haven't given my statement, and no one has listened to me in the local branch, The manager of the local branch is a big man, he doesn't have time to listen to the customers, don't know how these people work Nobody responce till now , poor service and not responding reply by branch and customer care

Ye company 3 sal me 3 bar naam Badal chuki hai ya kya Pata konsa inka merger hora hai .. Na customer care phone lagta hai .. Na mail pe koi reply Branch pe log Pata nahi kya hi karre .. Apko interest certificate tak nahi dete ye loh na hi account statement. Boss is company se loan tabhi lena jab aapko bharna na ho .. Fraud karti hai ye company bas.
