DMI Housing finance customer service is excellent and the rate of interest much better and fast service other finnance companies
Very bad services I call many time and also drop mail many time but no one give me proper response regarding my lone close. Very poor experience and I suggest don't use this service.
I you want to stuck in a never ending loop of Loan, take loan from DMI Finance, You will enjoy the third class customer support. Everyday I try to contact them on the number they mentioned on their website but no one answers the call. I have written several email but they never reply to the emails.
Dmi finance team is not supporting
The whole team of DMI Housing Finance Indore does not want to work there. My home loan letter was given in February 2024 but disbursement was done in May 2024 this is very bad service of DMI Housing Finance. Now when I have closed my loan in March itself, even till date my insurance money has not been processed and till date Afzal Ansari and Basant Soni are lying to me that we have completed the insurance process. Today Go Digit team told me that no information has been shared with Go Digit team to close my insurance from DMI Housing Finance. The service of DMI Housing Finance is very bad no one wants to work as an employee. I request all of you not to take loan from DMI Housing.
I do not remember taking loan from you for this particular amount. I wish to understand how is this even possible and how this doesn't comes under financial fraud?
