Worst Dealer in the City I had a terrible experience with TVS Satbhaiya. They didn't service my vehicle even after keeping it for 3 days. When I returned after 3 days, they demanded full payment before I could even see my vehicle. To my shock, the vehicle hadn’t been serviced at all! This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

I got my tvs scooter. MP09UY0418 serviced on Feb 8,2025 at TVS Satbhaiya .After the service the oil was leaking on parking floor. When I visited them and told the problem they said we wash with oil during service so there is no problem & it will get ok. But even after 3 months the problem did not solved so I visited today a local service shop they saw it and told there is no oil seal/ gasket put in the nut and so it is leaking, they put a rubber ring/ gasket and problem resolved at mearly Rs 30/-. It is clear indication that TVS authorized service centre was irrisponsible towards service of the scooter.

3rd , last service ke, 5 din बाद से ही Jupiter start nahi ho rahi hai. अनेक call करने पर भी सिर्फ़, आश्वसंन् ही मिले कि करवाते हैं.जो कि नहीं करवाये. And बाद में फोन receive करना बंद कर दिया, 1 महीना हो गया गाड़ी बंद पड़ी है. Very very poor service. Don't buy any vehicle from here.
