Satbhaiya Vehicles - TVS (2 wheeler & EV)

Shyam Soni sir was very cooperative and helping.. revising my rating from 5 to 2 stars...as we took the delivery of the Jupiter after driving for 100 metre the front mirror fell & air pressure was less in back tyre. The mechanic before giving the delivery was asking for money inside the TVS premises...is the customer suppose to pay to the mechanics separately or the company has to pay them...just running after money nothing to do with customer service... disappointing experience.

Good service by sat bhai tvs ...satf

We have 3 jupiter vehicles in our family. All are purchased from satbhaiya vijaynagar. And are very good in performance. the staff here is very responding , supportive during the sale of the vehicle .BUT after purchasing the vehicle, the main PROBLEM STARTS FOR SEVICING OF THE VEHICLE right from the 1st free service as per the company's warranty. There is no responsibility of the dealer to get your vehicle serviced. All the customers kill there time and money. Service station is VERY MUCH SMALLER AND CONGESTED as compared to the showroom. The Dealer should look into this matter. The Online booking system is very worst and unresponsive.....

Shyam was very friendly and polite and was very helpful with end to end process. I highly recommend him as a guide for your new vehicle
