DMart

It's like a public place. No officers avilable to control or observ activity of Mart employees. Their behaviour is very poor with customer. Payment getaway are limited we have to wait minimum half hour for payment. I don't recommend this place for purchase.

The behavior of the staff is very bad.

ON Sunday 21july 19, I have visited the D-mart. Parking area available for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers separately and it was arranged. Before you entered into D-mart, you have to deposit your personal things into a bag which will provided by D-mart, and they lock it by a cable bundle locker plastic band. In enterance security will scan you by scanner. Any your shopping journey begin- Ground floor for kirana saman and First floor for cloths and carpet, badsheet, pillow cover, belts, towels, footwear, doormat. In cloth-a separate area for kids, females and males. But like other place, staff behavior is not good. All staff is below 25 years of age and they not have good manners. They are talking with " a ", " abe ", "oye" words in customer conversation. Mentality of sales executive-You not have to check/touch product because they will do efforts to arrange it. Overall products are good and at normal rate and disappoint with youngster behavior/language. I visited again on 28 Jan 2024 and there was no drinking water available, I asked the team but nobody listened. I visited again on 27 March 2025 time 6PM, so much crowd there, there is no billing person at multiple billing counters. There is no sitting place for senior citizens or special cases like pregnant women. Fully business place.

Billing can also be done on 2 nd floor which saves our time . Only time lags in the icecream section which is outside the entrance here generally we have to wait as sometimes all the work load is on single person and sometime there machine not works. Nice place to visit for clothes, daily household items etc.

One day I come to dmart with my family I buy many things like biscuit, grocery, choclate,harpic etc. and I out from dmart and we going to house with bike 5 min later my father smell some like harpic smell and my father stop bike and we saw that harpic bottel was open my bike is full of dirt😔 …

It is a perfect place to do all of your groceries. You can find everything at one place with a lot of discounts and offers. This place has alot of offer and it's pocket friendly. But alert!! You will always end up doing extra shopping 😅 It is one stop grocery destination for every family. I am quite not sure about the quality of cloth materials or footwears they offer but again keeping all kinds of budget in mind, It is a reasonable place. You can find everything from food, electronics, crockery, toiletries to kids wear, bags, etc Those who have never visited should give it a chance 😊😊

Get all kind of products from home grocery items, food and beverages, men’s and women clothing and apparel’s, cosmetics, home decor items, kitchenware items, janitorial items, footwear, kids toys, stationery and many more all under one roof. Please avoid going on weekends the store gets crowded. So, come on weekdays for shopping. Prices are reasonable as compared from other supermarkets. Various online payments modes acceptable.

Dmart is reknown for the grocery shopping with great deals and discounts. This outlet in Chhota bangarda is as usual have good space ground floor for grocery dairy utensils and electronic items and 1st floor for clothings. Good parking space outside and basement parking is also available. Do check the expiry date before buying the products also check the ingredients as some of the names of products are misleading. Ingredients can show the real truth. One should avoid casual shopping on weekends, 1st day of month as it is really crowded with families shopping for their monthly grocery. Weekdays are less crowded, afternoons and early Evenings are good time to go for shopping here, I think this outlet of dmart is Short staffed as it takes huge time for billing on weekdays as well and they keep only 3-4 counters open and queue is long. Customer had to wait 10-15mins in the queue even more on weekends. I suggest them to start managing these problems with good capacity management.

Huge Superstore, great deals....Only 1 request to management... You people are putting our purses, etc in your green Dmart bags and tie locking it...but it can accidentally get exchanged as all are carrying same bags. Please stop this practice. Stop allowing purses/bags that can't be tie locked. or increase your baggage counter with CCTV camera for any dispute.

You will get every possible thing they can have in store with very good discounts they also provide wide range of plastic containers which can only be seen in this Dmart and hence every mart has different types of variety.
