I wanted to share my terrible experience with a service I recently took from E-vitamins regarding Ads campaign performance. Initially, their team was quite professional and responsive to my queries. I had clearly instructed them to stick to the allocated budget and not increase it without my consent. The performance of the ads was satisfactory in the first couple of weeks, so I trusted them completely and let them handle everything. However, after a month, when I checked the ads' performance, it was below my expectations. To my surprise, they had increased the daily ads budget 3X more (Three times more) without my consent. This unprofessional behaviour not only affected the ads' performance but also disrupted the allocated budget. When I confronted them about their actions, they stopped responding to my messages and calls. As a responsible e-commerce seller, it is my duty to inform other sellers to avoid using their services. Otherwise, you might end up losing your hard-earned money when they mishandle your account and leave you stranded. Please take this as a cautionary message and consider other options for your ads campaign optimization.

Terrible experience working with E Vitamin, had to get in touch with them because they are recommended by Amazon so I really didn't have a choice. E vitamin was allocated to my brand to provide me with A+ content, they have taken extremely long to deliver anything. Nobody from this team coordinates anything and they don't respond to you as well. Each time they come up with excuses. So I decided to get the design work myself and told them to merely upload the content. However, they were lazy to do that as well, they managed to upload 1 banner as they claim and they never cared to even send a link or respond. It is a group of 2-3 people from their end and not a single person responds, They are merely a waste of one's time, money and efforts, I will never recommend them to anyone. Useless bunch of team, to be blunt.
