Disappointing Experience with eVitamin's Amazon Account Management Services We partnered with eVitamin at the ideation stage of our leather wallet business and encountered several major issues: Misleading Initial Guidance: eVitamin advised us to start by listing our products as generic, with the suggestion that we could apply for brand registry later. Flawed Strategy: Following their advice, we sent our first FBA consignment, listed the products as generic, and launched campaigns based on this setup. Lack of Campaign Success: When the campaigns failed to deliver any results, eVitamin then recommended pursuing brand registry, claiming that products like leather wallets need a brand to attract customers. Unnecessary Expenses: We invested in brand registry and created new listings with branded ASINs as advised. Inability to Implement: Despite this, eVitamin was unable to apply these branded ASINs to the existing FBA inventory, leading to a situation where our efforts and resources were wasted. Looking back, it's clear we received incorrect advice at every stage, resulting in lost time, money, and opportunities.

These guys have the most pathetic service. They don't reconcile their own accounts. They keep nagging their clients unnecessarily, they will never show your security deposit in their ledger. Constantly forcing and calling me to pay for services I haven't taken without even returning my security deposit. Very unprofessional and nagging behavior.
