Excellent Service by Sweety Tours, Indore. We hired cab from Indore to Omkareshwar. Car provided is well maintained and driver was also well behaved. Car arrived on time. The owner of the agency was involved throughout to make sure we are comfortable and not having any issues. Overall, great experience. Surely recommended

I booked their cab for my 2 days journey on 23rd December 2024. Cab was decent and the driver named Suresh ji was very nice person. He's very friendly and he told me many stories about the places we visited. He also knows the best local food vendors so that you can taste the real Indore food. He was polite, talkative, professional and very good driver. He didn't rush anywhere and also helped me roam around. Also he got me a nice boat riding at Omkareshwar. He knows the routes very well inside and around Indore. I had overall a very good experience with their cab service.

Doesn't know how to respect a customer, ill mannerd , doesn't have the basic civic sense .

vehicle was totally clean, with driver being very decent and our journey was nice

Great service. The owner was courteous. The car reached at the airport in time and driver was good and well mannered. I, however, would have liked to see a cleaner car from inside. There was also no water bottles, which is a normal courtesy. Still, on the whole very satisfied.
