Unique Bike Rental

Worst Experience ! On call, they confirmed that we have Activa and when reached, there was no scooty and figuring out what to do.. calling others people who rented that when they will return. Give a bike for a night that too in worst condition, wasted 2 hours. Later morning I have to again visit all the way from hotel to their place to exchange bike, even though fault was their. Next morning scooty given and after few hours, hardly 5 kms drive, bike got puncture. I understand that I have to pay for puncture, but the mechanic told me that tube is in worst condition and cannot be repaired and have to be replaced. I called the owner, they wanted me to negotiate and also told I will pay 100 rs. even though I paid 300 for that tube replacement. I told owner to visit here and look at yourself the condition of tube as he was only 2 kms away, but he didn't came, i had no choice.. have to pay the tube price.. this not end here, the scooty given was looking like there was no maintenance by the owner.. the petrol it was consuming is like you are hardly driving 15 kms for 1 litre problem... Wasted so much time, money, energy in all this.. made me regret my trip to indore.

Affordable price good vehicle but not so good service. Owner doesn't deliver the vehicle in time, and is very arrogant. Keeps the customer waiting and arrogantly threatens to cancel the booking . At the time of taking back the vehicle, he calls repeatedly.
