Dear Ather, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service experience for my Ather Rizta EV. I have been facing issues with a drop in range, rear wheel misalignment, and a tight handlebar. I first reported these problems a few days ago, and I visited the service center on Friday, but I was turned away due to rush. Today, I brought the scooter in again, and I have been waiting for several hours without receiving my vehicle. This level of service is unacceptable. I request prompt attention to my scooter's issues and a resolution to these delays.
