Purchased rizta s 3.7. Got good support from staff. Just confirm the price and what will be charged at the time of delivery. The EV is good and comfortable.

Service experience was bad, they took full service charge and didn't even washed the vehicle properly, mud was still there. Upon asking the reason behind that they said "ladke nahi h". If the vehicle was serviced already why didn't you finish cleaning it? Why even say that servise is done if it's not finished and give this lame excuse. This was the second time it happened.

Visited this showroom today around 5 PM and had a disappointing experience. Staff members were busy chatting among themselves and nobody attended us until we asked. Even after that, the executive only mentioned scooter names and prices without explaining any features or details. Expected much better customer service from a premium EV brand.

I visited the Ather showroom where a representative named Shona assisted me. Unfortunately, she was unable to explain the quotation properly and kept repeating just one or two rates without giving full details. Later, I went to the Geeta Bhavan branch, and the staff there were excellent, they explained everything clearly and provided complete information. The difference in professionalism and clarity between the two showrooms was very noticeable.

"I had a very frustrating experience at the Ather Energy Service Center on Annapurna Road, Indore. Initially, I visited for my vehicle's service, but I was turned away and told to come the next day due to the 'crowd.' Even when I returned two days later, I was given the same excuse. After escalating the issue and lodging a formal complaint to ensure priority service, they finally accepted my vehicle. However, after waiting for four hours, there is still no clear update or answer from them. What’s even worse is the lack of technical competence. My vehicle had specific issues, including a screeching noise from the belt, unusual sounds from the motor, and a very stiff handle-bar. Instead of addressing these, they didn't even bother to take a test drive or perform a proper trial. They simply applied grease and set the vehicle aside without checking anything properly. The management and service efficiency here are extremely poor. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the total disregard for both the customer's time and vehicle safety."
