OLA Electric Store

I booked ola from here and after booking today 1 month is completed but my ola doesn't delivered to me and when I call for any help they simply didn't picked up my phone and do nothing for any help if needed according to app it should be delivered in 20 days but still not delivered worst experience with these centre don't buy ola from these centre

Worst staff ever I have seen at any showroom. They told me we're closed our servicing at our place so you pls visit the palda showroom but at palda it's closed and it's open for rent. Now no customer care is listening. Never ever buy ola.

Went to enquire & take a price quotation about the OLA S1 Pro. The Staff were like if they are doing me a favour by telling me about the vehicle. If the buying experience of OLA is that pathetic, I can't even think about the patheticness of after sales service. Don't give business from your hard earned money to the people who can't even assist you properly.

Worst experience, Sales executive was really very unhelpfull, i requested him to deliver the vehicel same day with Indore regeistration. He denied suddenly and said i cannot, but if you want the vehicel same day i can deliver with registration of any other city. I strongly suggest not visit this showroom.

Bhai mat lena plz ye gaddi galti bhi mat kr dena

Had the worst experience in the showroom just because of one lady employee Nita. Her behavior was rude and she was hardly interested in selling the vehicle. Communication level is zero. Ola should not hire such employees to degrade their brand name. In the end I Have to reach out to another showroom for booking of the vehicle. Will highly recommend not to visit this pathetic showroom. Hope there customer service is improved for the future customers.

I strongly advise against buying an Ola scooter, based on my experience. Approx 20 days after purchasing my scooter, it went for repair, and now, more than a month later, I still have no update on its status. Ola has failed to provide any information about where my scooter is or whom to contact for assistance. Their customer care is incredibly frustrating, taking an average of 30 minutes just to connect with a support executive, only for them to be completely helpless in resolving any issue. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

sandar anubhav rha store visit ka sales person is good

Store atmosphere good but service center so far

Not OLA, it feels like GOLA (dead weight) Title: Extremely Poor After-Sales Support — This Is How You Kill India’s EV Mission I purchased an OLA S1 X scooter (MP09DM2907) and unfortunately my experience with Ola Electric service has been deeply disappointing and unacceptable. My scooter has been off the road since November 2025. Despite raising official complaints and receiving a support ticket (Ticket ID: 11481342), there has been no real resolution, no repair timeline, no replacement support, and no accountability from the service team. This is not just a service delay — this is systematic negligence. When a customer invests in electric mobility, reliability and service support are critical. Ola’s current service ecosystem shows zero seriousness toward customer downtime, productivity loss, and daily inconvenience. Major Issues: Vehicle idle for over 2 months Only automated responses, no actual action No escalation ownership No service transparency No compensation or alternative arrangement If companies like Ola continue operating this way, they are directly damaging the credibility of India’s Electric Vehicle adoption goals. EV adoption depends on trust — and Ola is breaking that trust at the ground level. I strongly advise potential buyers to seriously evaluate after-sales service capability before purchasing. A good product without service support becomes a liability. Ola Electric must urgently fix its service infrastructure — not marketing campaigns. Extremely disappointed. Not OLA, it feels like GOLA (dead weight). See the photos with Dust on board.
