⚠️ EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE – OLA ELECTRIC MANORMAGANJ, INDORE ⚠️ I had an extremely bad and frustrating experience with the Ola Electric showroom/service centre at Manormaganj, Indore. The level of customer service, staff behaviour, and management support was absolutely unacceptable. The biggest problem was that commitments were made to us, but the promised service/solution was not provided. We were repeatedly made to wait without any proper resolution or clear communication. This entire experience has raised serious concerns for us regarding the way customers are being handled. The manager’s behaviour was particularly disappointing. Instead of helping the customer or taking responsibility for resolving the issue, he was completely unhelpful and behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When we tried to contact him for assistance, he did not properly attend our calls or provide any meaningful response. A manager should be responsible for handling customer complaints and finding solutions, but in our case, there was no accountability, no proper communication, and absolutely no support. My experience: ❌ Very poor staff behaviour ❌ Extremely unhelpful manager ❌ Calls not attended/returned ❌ No proper communication ❌ Promised service/solution not provided ❌ Poor handling of the payment-related matter ❌ No accountability from management ❌ Extremely disappointing customer support
Isse ghatiya service aaj tak nhi dekhi 2 mahine se abhi tak charger nhi diya gadi dedi per charger nhi aaya rc bhi nhi diya or yaha aao to sala bethne tak ke liye nhi puchhte irrisponsible staff h store manager dhangse bat nhi krta
