The customer support is extremely frustrating. I raised a request for emergency roadside assistance, only to see a response time of 24 hours, and the ticket was automatically closed within an hour without any resolution. Reaching customer care was equally unhelpful, with no proper assistance provided. In reality, the service is simply not available when any issue actually occurs. Overall, the after-sales service has been very poor and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before purchasing an Ola vehicle.

Appointment ticket 10385045. My scooter is out of order since last week due to some technical issues. Raised a complaint to repair at my home . It’s unfortunate that that your service team asking me to experience/service centre for repair with scooter for repair 😡 How it is possible to take scooters at your service centre, when it is not in operation. I have not purchased your scooter to troubled me and my family, you should provide service at doorstep.

Very Bad Experience – Ola Electric, Manormaganj, Indore I had a very disappointing experience with the Ola Electric showroom/service centre at Manormaganj, Indore. The staff and service were extremely poor, and I felt completely ignored as a customer. Despite making the payment/being assured regarding the service, the required service was not provided properly. The manager was not helpful at all and showed very poor and unprofessional behaviour. He did not take responsibility for resolving the issue and even failed to attend or return my calls. The overall experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Customers expect proper communication, responsible management, and timely service, but unfortunately, I received none of these. I would strongly recommend being careful and confirming everything in writing before making any payment or depending on the commitments made by the staff. Very poor service, very poor customer support, and extremely disappointing management. 0/5 from my side.
