Very bad service bumper is not set properly noise of car very high and staff parshuram Rajput wants additional money 1500rs mainly this person very bad behaviour bcz of I am ignoring for additional 1500rs so my car service is not properly Mr. Subham is handling in good but he don't know about staff behaviour . kindly request for tvs car garage firslt give training for your staff then hiring Or yeh jo alag se pese khaate h aese staff ko to rakho hi mat uske karan meri car sahi se nhi hui thik meri car ke gate ke lock tak usme nikaal liye

The first free service of mytvs with policy bazzar renewal is a myth. They don't have water and pressure motor to wash the car. Then you have to wait & remind them of every task to be performed, then they do it. Not satisfied with the services. I think they are not very concerned about the free service. Might be they are more interested in paid services.

my car was picked at that time AC was working properly but when got my car unfortunetly i did not check my car and after next day I found AC is not working. I shared my concern to competent authority but did not got positive response. I myself have to spend Rs. 1500 for got AC working.

My Tata Altroz had rat bite issue which was handled and fixed at Kitara by Service advisor Parasram Ji. They diagnosed the whole wiring and found where was the issue. I was kept informed on the progress by Mr. Meghnath from policy bazaar. Finally issue was resolved and I am happy with the service received.

Worst dent paint service. Firs time incomplete and low quality work. Second time, wrong paint work done, third time no plroper cleaning and they dont polish the paint work at all. This is the second time I'm giving them my car. They dont even cover the car properly paint stains were seen on other parts. Petrol reading was less and new scratch was seen on the car as well. They took one month to get dent paint done for just 3 parts.
