myTVS Car Garage | Musakhedi

Repair times need improvement. In my case, a minor repair took 20 days, which is not reasonable.

Excellent work done... Thank you Mr shubham malviya sir

They will say the service is free for policybazaar users but will charge double the price for items effectively trying to extract more profits. Waste of time and energy.

Kitara garage had done the good work and they properly delivered the vehicle

My car was sent for service and the work was carried out efficiently. I am satisfied with the quality of service provided.

It was good experience for me ... cooperative nature of staff ...I recommend this workshop for service also

Good service experience thanks to Mr shubham malviya ji

Overall Good experience my car is in good condition and work done ✅

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent car service regarding the charges. The website clearly mentioned Rs. 3,398 including labour, and I also had a PolicyBazaar labour waiver voucher. Before visiting the service centre, I even confirmed with customer care, and they told me the total cost would be around Rs. 2,000. But when I reached the service centre, the in-charge said the cost would be Rs. 4,000, and finally I was billed Rs. 5,270. They even charged Rs. 1,200 just to apply tape on a wire, a job that local garages do for around Rs. 300. This feels completely misleading. If I had known the actual cost in advance, I would never have chosen this service. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and the way customers are misled. I will not be coming back and will not recommend this service to others.

Best experience all problam clear
