बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है जैसे ही paid service चालू होती है लूटना चालू कर देते हैं एक एक करके सामान change करना चालू कर देते हैं इनके भरोसे रहकर मैने अपनी bike भंगार कर ली है Service के नाम पर oil change कर देते हैं और wash करके दे देते अंदर जंग लग चुका होता है मेरी गाड़ी के LIM light और ABS sensor बंद नहीं हो रहे थे 6 बार दिखा दिया बंद नहीं हुए जब तक warranty थी हर बार बोल दिया cable नहीं है बाद में change कर देंगे बाकी कोई समस्या नहीं है जैसे ही warranty खत्म हो गई तो बोलते हैं ABS module change करना पड़ेगा 15-20 हजार का आयेगा

Worst service centre, na service karna aati he or nhi is layak he. Mene 28 March ho hunter ki service karvayi esa laga wash kar de di, kuchh bhi kam nhi kiya fir bad me kary kiya

Please find herewith attached photographs of the customer waiting lounge of your dealer Krishna Motors Sevice Centre at Anand Nagar, Agrasen Roundabout, Indore - 452001. The place is in a pathetic condition: 1) The entire place is extremely dirty and unkept 2) the approach to the service centre is bad 3) the waiting lounge is seeping, dirty, no housekeeping, smelling, full of mosquitoes. (Please refer attached photos) It is such an unpleasant experience to visit these service centres. I am not sure what are the sales executives doing to ensure that the customer has a pleasant experience. I would request Royal Enfield to please look into the matter urgently.

My bike has run 550 km and I went to the showroom to get a small problem resolved ,He said your work will be done in 10-15 minutes, But no work was done on the bike for 2 hours Then again I went to him Then he did that work Coordination between employees is not good. I have attached the photo below, you can see its time.
