Royal Enfield Service Center - Krishna Motor Agency

Disappointed with the first service experience of Continental GT 650. Though the Staff behavior was polite and decent but they dont explain things on their own. I was not explained anything that would happen with my first service. It was me who had to ask every concerning question about my bike's service. They even left water marks everywhere on my bike when they know chrome engine will never leave these marks. The whole bike was still dirty and not at all upto the mark. I had to stand there and make someone clean it properly and still was left dirty from some places. I brought the bike in a cleaner condition than what I got back. My bike was not even polished at all. it has lubricant mess on its fiber parts. I would instead go to Royal Enfield Service Center - Shukla Automobile which has a much better rating, or instead pay someone else to service my vehicle. One expects much better customer care/satisfaction when they buy such an expensive bike RE has to offer. Wont recommend going to this service center to anyone.

सर्विस सेंटर की सर्विस अच्छी है। सभी स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी बहुत अच्छा है।

The service centre is very bad. My classic 350 is continuously making noise after servicing. I have taken it to the service centre 4 times in the last one month. They charge every time. The bike does not get repaired at all. After an hour it starts making noise again. They say it will get fixed automatically.

The customer's lounge is quite musty smelling , and not clean at all , won't recommend waiting over there... Thw service is obviously good tho...

DONT GET YOUR BIKE SERVICED HERE. They create issues which you don't even show up with, very casual approach to work with no ownership. I gave my bike for regular servicing and I didn't have any issues with my breaks. I got a call that the break pads need to be changed so I agreed. God knows what they did with the bike, can't apply the breaks anymore, it makes a very strong screeching sound. I thought it would've been an issue that can be quickly rectified so I went back. I ended up going 4 times and they kept the bike for the whole day and never resolved the issue. No accountability. So I got my bike back in a worse condition, with problems I never even had. I value all Royal Enfield owners and writing a strong feedback to make them aware.

Worst service kabhi nhi jana is service centre aapki gaadi m or jyada kaam aa jayega mene brake sahi krne k liye bola tha brake pad daal diye or brake bhi kaam nhi kr rha bcho ese fraud se faltu k pese lete h sirf gaadi m kuch bhi kaam sahi se nhi kiya
