Vast Experience Service head laying all time and bluntly making customers fool about time and spare unavailability. I didn't expect such a thing would happen with me after going twice for service and spare parts but they lied. After that I approached to Guwaltoli RE wholesale store and got parts at less rates and with a genuine deal.

The waiting room is gross. Its seem like not cleaned from ages it stinks in rainy season due to moisture and the sofa seems infectious of algae. Though they give bike on time mentioned.

I have the worst service ever here; nothing is working in a proper way in their workshop. Not good service. My bike was in an accident on 19 Oct. I gave them for repairing and insurance on 21 Oct., and servey has been done on 22 but still they are not working on my bike. They give me 1 week time, and when I called them, they said 3 more days. Then I called them again after 3 days , and they said it was going to take a few more days, and when I reacted to this, they said your bike has been repaired; pick it up at 4 pm. When I go there to pick it up, I see they didn't even repair it properly; my bike has a dent and scratches on the front mudguard; they just sprayed an 80 rs black spray can on that. When I complained about it, they said to give them more time, so now they gave me a date of 9 November. Then I called them and confirmed the status of my bike on November 9; they said the bike was ready, so I went there and checked everything. This time they did everything properly, and I paid the bill because they said they don't have the cashless facility for this insurance company (the fun part is this insurance is also done by their own showroom). Then I take my bike out of their workshop and drive it in the city; everything is fine, but when I drive it above 50 kmph, the bike handle started shaking, and then I checked the tire, and it still has a bend. Then I have to go back to their workshop from my home, 10 km away. They checked the tire, then blamed each other for the mistake, then tried to do the alignment; they did it, but still my tire has a little bit of variation. And today, on November 15, I called my insurance agent for claim status; he said they didn't even give him the bill; he's been asking them for 3 days for the bill to proceed further. Like really is this the service Royal Enfield authorized service center gives their customer. I'm very angry at their non-caring behavior, treating their customers like nothing. They have to give good hassle-free service, but they just don't care. I don't recommend this service center to anyone because of their carelessness and behavior. They have wasted my time for just a few minor scratches and bends, and still they are making me wait for my claim money.
