It's just ok as company authorized service center but hidden charges are here I don't understand when u do paid service they mention free kit worth 190 or nearby bt when ask them why that charge for free kit then they give smile ki aapka ese hi kat te hain In one go you don't find your bike fixed they generally don't find any noises or mis function but when you insists then in 2nd turn they check and say nothing to worry but when you put pressure on them they pull your hands from bike Better is to find other authorized service centre

Never forget to ask them for final invoice. They charge you full GST but hand over pre-invoice to you instead of invoice.

Very bad experience at royal Enfield service centre never ever gonna give my vehicle to them the problem in my Electra was just bcz of a small rubber pipe which cost around 80/- at the service centre the mechanics even cannot find out the small problem and they changed each an every single part near my engine the wires,pipe each thing and charged me 10000/- ruppes for that they don't even know how to repair a vehicle and i have to go there for 4-5 times just bcz of a small problem and they broke the back seat guard of my bullet and left it and now not giving me back seat guard as they don't have in the stock just i wanna say is I will go with the after market services 😔😔😔😔
