Dear Croma Support, I purchased a refrigerator from Croma in April 2024, and within just 2 months it started facing cooling issues. Since then, the same defect has repeatedly occurred every few months despite multiple service visits and repairs during the warranty period. This is not a normal technical issue anymore — it is clear evidence that a defective product was sold to me from the very beginning. What is even more concerning is that despite repeated complaints and service history, no permanent resolution was ever provided. Now, immediately after warranty expiry, the same issue has occurred again, which clearly reflects the poor product reliability and unacceptable after-sales support being delivered under the Croma brand name. A customer spends a significant amount trusting a reputed company like Croma, expecting quality and peace of mind — not repeated breakdowns, inconvenience, food spoilage, mental harassment, and endless technician visits. This entire experience has severely damaged my trust in the brand. I am therefore demanding a permanent resolution, preferably complete replacement of the refrigerator, instead of another temporary repair attempt. If this matter is ignored or delayed further, I will proceed with formal consumer complaint escalation, public documentation of the entire issue and service history across social media and consumer platforms, and appropriate legal action for sale of a defective product and deficiency in service. Eak product agust 2024 mai purchase kiya usha company ka gijar or kal 16/01/2025 ko wo kharab ho gaya koi bhi usko sahi karne mai asamrth hai tacnician bhi mana kar rahe hai warrant mai home ke baad ki ham sahi nahi kar payenge isko itna pareshan ho gaya hu usha ke product or uski service ko lekar bolte hai ki aap nikla kar hath mai do tab ja kar ham repair karege 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Good place for buying electronic equipment, wide range of products are available with in-house equipment and other companies equipment. Staff is well behaved and you can also avail emi options as well as they also provide options for insurance of your equipment. Will always prefer to buy equipment from here.

Croma has worst service i purcahsed a fridge and its been 2 months but ut is not delivered so i cancelled the product but my finance is still active and amount is also not refunded. Number provided at website no one recieve calls and also they delete the reviews of customer within 7 days

I purchased a TV from Croma on [30/05/2026]. At the time of delivery, the original TV box was not provided. The store staff assured me that the box would be delivered to my home later. However, it has been 10–12 days and I still have not received it. This is causing inconvenience, especially if I need the box for warranty, transportation, or returns. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and arrange delivery of the original TV box I am disappointed with the after-sales service and lack of follow-up regarding this issue. I hope Croma addresses this matter promptly.

The service is absolutely terrible. I bought a TV from the Croma store on 18/06/2026, and I was assured it would be installed on 19/06/2026. I have been calling the store since 2 PM today, but no one is answering. When I called the company's customer care number, I was informed that the installation request hadn't even been placed; now, the installation is scheduled for tomorrow—even though I was sold the TV with the promise that it would be installed the very next day.
