Very disappointing services I have been calling them since yesterday even extended the warranty for repairing . But no engineer has come . This kind of delay I'd unacceptable. Pls improve your service

Worst experience. I purchased refrigerator and customer executive made sure it will be delivered in 24 hours but after 48 hours I still not got any update for delivery. When I tried to reach out to executive he didn't recieved my calls and also there was no one to contact at showroom. Lotus shop is much better than croma.

Worst service ever at sales time they entertain completely but after that that didnt respond they didnt do installation properly we bought a haer AC but at the time of response they ignore us AC is not working properly pathetic service ever after so many call they didnt respond either at the time of buying they said we'll give a full support but their installation person didnt do well.
