All people in post bank are slow and the do time pass in working hour

Too crowded and out of 12 counters 4 are working, too slow. The only good thing is its open till let n token number are provided and all Covid safety measures were adequately taken.

Finally got the working token system....now you don't have to stand in ques...you can just sit and wait for your number to come✌️ Tip : Try to get here early as soon as post office opens to avoid long waiting time and remember Saturday is a half day.

Indore NSH is located at ground floor backside near parking area open 24 hrs , can come to directly pick parcel staff at NSH is co operative, However no specific Phone numbers found which is bad

Visit the Philatelic bureau recently and it was nice experience. The staff was very kind. They had a decent collection of the stamps. The latest of them had not arrived yet but others were available.

I had a very good experience at the GPO Post Office today while sending a courier. My parcel was gift-wrapped, and the staff suggested covering it with brown tape to ensure safe transit. They were kind enough to provide the brown tape on the spot, which was very helpful. The staff was cooperative, courteous, and guided me properly throughout the process. GPO पर parcel packing की सुविधा उपलब्ध है, लेकिन अगर आप घर से ही parcel pack करके ले जाएँ तो ज्यादा अच्छा रहेगा। पूरा address पहले से लिखकर चारों तरफ से tape करके ले जा सकते हैं। मेरा experience staff के साथ अच्छा रहा। Staff cooperative था, इसलिए मेरा काम जल्दी हो गया। Parcel भेजते समय वहाँ एक barcode sticker scan किया जाता है, जिसमें parcel की जरूरी information दर्ज की जाती है। इसके बाद उसी barcode से संबंधित Article Number का label print करके parcel पर चिपकाया जाता है। यही Article Number parcel को track करने के काम आता है, इसलिए label लगने के बाद उसकी photo जरूर ले लें। Overall, मेरा experience अच्छा रहा और process भी काफी simple था।
