The booking clerks/representatives sitting behind the glass screened counters at GPO Indore misguide the customers and trick them by booking volumetrically on very high charged service catergories. They are there to help the common person but to a simple person they misguide them and book in wrong category. This has happened on two occasions with me when i tried to send parcel to other states in India. My office person who is a very simple man went there to book multiple parcels on two separate occasions and asked the booking clerk to book the parcel in the cheapest available registered service. They booked the parcels volumetrically in RL category due to which the bill came as almost 5 - 7 times then what it had been in RP category. My person requested them to recheck the same but they give a blunt reply that due to long distance this is the minimum charge. All this after waiting for almost an hour in the queue. The booking clerk refuse to cancel booking even when my person reached them back within 10 minutes when he informed me of the charges paid by him. Also when sending a Foreign article they ask that the person sending the parcel be personally present despite the office person giving a photocopy of a government acknowledged ID. They expect a person sending a foreign article to stand in queue for at times upto an hour just to know that yes this is the same person sending the article. No other city office has this impractical rule as per my knowledge despite the fact than an ID copy is given and customs declaration is pasted on the parcel. It really seems that they are least bothered with the monetary and mental agony such things cause to the customer. Really sad state.

Very bad experience at Aadhar update center. Kalpana barkane is a very ill mannered lady, sitting at the Aadhar update desk. Doesn't know how to behave with persons. Too much attitude of Government job. Server ka issue hai then she said go to museum. If you are in hurry. Waited more than 1 hour. Staff is pathetic. Putting one star because zero isn't available.

Here aadhar seva Kendra at Only one person is working and he too is showing arrogance and attitude .whereas so many people are just sitting for one to two hours I requested you this adhar seva pls make the center bigger

The service is really very poor. The staff is mostly arrogant towards the customers. And the main thing I didn't like about this place is that they accept payment in cash only, even though they have UPI QR codes attached in front of all the counters. What is the point of having UPI QR codes then, if you don't accept UPI Payment. Very disappointed with their service and behaviour. Also, to anyone who is reading this, don't consider Indiapost for sending your parcels, it's horrible. We have received our parcels totally torned and many things stolen from it (Original weight: 18 kg, Received weight: 11.4 kg), even though they were packed very cautiously with all the necessary precautions. It's not an exception, it always happens.

Worst experience. Without call they are cancelling my parcel I received notification that they found insufficient address but it was full address I always use same address for every kind of parcel and I receive my all parcel at door step . But they make it on hold and returning it I received msg at went to G.P.O. post office I took my parcel from there after completing some formalities And when I asked officer here why the are returning my parcel he said madam ladke chutti pr he to 105 parcel hum nhi de paye So what, humari kiya galti he?
