But you can always buy and share it with your neighbors! It's definitely worth waking up early and traveling all the way to this market.

It is the hub of Vegetables sale purchase activities and business of the whole district and attracts nearby districts like Khargone, Ujjain, Dewas to sell their farm produce here. It has got a separate section of Aloo Pyaj Mandi (Potatoes and Onion Wholesale market), adjoining is a Fruits Wholesale market; but the main attraction is the Fresh Vegetables being bought and sold early in the morning. The Vegetables market of Wholesale auctions begins very early at 04:00 Hrs. Later in the day the retailers visit and purchase Vegetables to sell on their Thelas and return to their shops or Kiosks or move around on Thela (pushcarts). The main problem is Transportation vehicles and theie Parking. It gets very congested during peak hours and difficult to move. Beware of pickpockets and the Parking lot Gundas. If you go very early in the morning you get cheaper Vegetables but as the Sun rises, so do the prices of vegetables.

Good place to purchase fruits.. lots of variety there... Go early at around 7-8 am ... Do bargain for price... You will find exotic fruit here.... As the fruits are cheaper if purchased in bulk.. it's advisable to go in group of two or three.... A very good place to cater your fruits need

You can get pretty much all India grown veggies and fruits here. You won't get any foreign grown veggies or fruits though. It's a really unhygienic place with food waste lying around everywhere. So, if you're sick/ill I'd recommend skipping buying stuff from here.

Price is also low as compared to the market. Farmer's can get the seed of vegetables which they want to grow.

Located a bit far from Regional park. You can purchase vegetables from 500 gm to any number in a quiet cheap rate, the rate is around 20% to 60% cheaper than the other market. Fruits you can purchase from 1 kg to even a box of 20 kg or more. The more you purchase the more margin you can get in rates. Bargaining is bit difficult here. Fruits and vegetables are very fresh.

Vegetables are available at good prices and are fresh. You can purchase them in big quantities like staring from 5kg per pack. I strongly recommend that better get a 2 wheeler for shopping since the traffic badly sucks that's why the rating is poor as per my side.
