⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A convenient choice for monthly household shopping, but customer service needs improvement** I've been shopping at Metro Wholesale Market, Indore, for several years, visiting approximately once a month for my household needs. During this time, I've seen the store introduce new products and brands, which keeps the shopping experience interesting for regular customers. **What I like:** The store offers a wide variety of products under one roof, and the layout is easy to navigate. Prices are generally competitive, product quality and freshness are mostly good, and most commonly needed items are usually available. Convenient location and parking is another plus. **Where Metro needs to improve:** - **Shelf pricing:** The price strips displayed on shelves aren't always updated. This can mean paying a different price at the billing counter than the one displayed on the shelf. Keeping displayed prices accurate and current should be a priority. - **Billing and Elite Membership:** Billing can be slow. Although there's a separate counter for Elite Members, the promised priority billing doesn't seem to work consistently in my experience. - **Staff and service:** More staff should be available to assist shoppers. A friendlier, more interactive and proactive approach would also make a difference. - **Product range:** The selection caters largely to mainstream, middle-class preferences. It would be good to see a wider range, from budget-friendly options to selected premium brands for customers looking for something more upscale. - **Packaging and home delivery:** Packaging could be improved, and a same-day home delivery option would be particularly useful for customers buying larger quantities. **Overall:** Metro remains a useful shopping destination for families and bulk buyers, thanks to its product variety, competitive pricing and convenient layout. I continue to find value in shopping here, but accurate shelf prices, effective priority billing for Elite Members and more attentive customer service would make the experience much better. I hope Metro takes this feedback constructively and continues improving the experience for its regular customers.
