Big Bazaar was in mall c21 which is the most popular amoung the people of indore .you can get everything what you want there but the dropback was that in peak hours Billing counter is Full coustmer waiting for there turn so that was really really irritating .Even may time I went over there and select the product to buy but billing counter by standing in line I gave up and when to Reliance fresh in 78 scheme

Big bazaar they cheat customers specially in c21 mall wala big bazaar when you give the full amount of bill if remaining money is left they dnt give you back full if 150 is left they will give you 50 rs only and the person will say change leke aata hoon and kaha chala jayega malum nahin aur jadi jaldi mein bina check kare nikal gaye tho woh aapko denge tak nahin apni pocket mein dal lenge ya koi saaman waha rakhlenge and fir aap vapis bill ka chuta hua samaan vapis lene jao this is the third time when i am facing problem if i dint check the remaining amt big bazaar wala bill counter wala banda deta he nahin and usse dena na pade mere remaining money tho gayab hogaya very worst experience and i will recommend everyone to check the bill and take full remaining change back this time i remember the name of person poonam chand help desk person told me this name

As it is a Big Brand we have big expectations .But it's really disappointing that they are not at all customer oriented . I have noticed many times same issue of billing as they don't have manpower for billing but they have so many billing counters. They are not helpful also ,the staff in different department always busy talking to one another and not there to help customers. This is really disappointing... I loved to there earlier but now I will not suggest ...

Price wise it's on higher side if your purpose is to buy groceries but for clothing ,and other home furnishings ,you can have many options and sometimes in good deal as well. They can work on the location so that it will be more clearly visible from outside and even if their lift is not working still people can have trollies. I have visited other big bazars which are functionally better.

Just cool environment with neat and clean products. I have visited at least 2 times and heard that this place belong to a very highly facilitate mall! People may visit there for all their needs. There is Parking issues they take Min.30 to all vehicles!

Leading Retail Market for day to day Grocery and everything else like clothing, electronics, Baked items like Bread, Biscuits, Cakes etc., Fruits and Vegetables and even more. It is recommended that you should check your bill for A. Discount is Allowed or not. B. Correct quantity is mentioned.

Waste of time. You can go there if you are free for hours because ground staff neither has knowledge of items placement nor the items which are there in store. Staff is like "Odonil? Ye kya hota hai? ", " Mam Amul ghee wahi par hoga. Agar waha nahi hai to shayad nahi hoga". And funniest one "One staff member went to searching another member so that the other one could search corn flour. And after 20 minutes we finally ended with loosing all 3". They only good at standing in a jhund. Metro staff has better ground knowledge then them.
