Reliance SMART Bazaar

The staff is Very Bad

Big Bazaar is my favorite place for shopping. You will get almost all the things under one roof. The pricing is also reasonable for every one. The staff was also polite and helpful. Everyday you get some discounts and new offers on shopping.

Lack of management. Lack of housekeeping staff. Billing time is very high. They have Express counters for less than 10 times but do not follow the system. Biller keeps on shouting and calling for some house keeping to pack the items purchased or to remove tahs from clothes. Billing staff untrained. Takes lot of time in understanding and asking other persons for the process. Frustrating and time consuming.

Poor customer service. They want to keep our water bottle and empty bag outside so that we purchase from the store everytime. Also employee attitude not gud

I really want to thank manager( I forgot to ask his name as I was in hurry) who allowed me enter the store even after it was closed. The requirement was really urgent and he was kind enough to understand. At the same time, I want to appreciate the guard who did his duty with complete honesty(he wasn’t allowing me to enter from exit). Kudos both of you.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Good store for everyday Essentials

Good stock post Diwali also with some good bargain discount as well 👌 …

Good but need several improvement. Sodexo is accepted here and have all variety of items( grocery, clothing and electronic under same roof). In Grocery section need improvement in offer labeling and product availability in rack. Payment systems are slow and need bit of improvement.

I have chosen a bottle that I like but they are saying that the Qr code of bottle is not there .so we are not able to give the bottle
