Lots of gratitude to Dr. Moon Jain and your nursing team. Very cooperative and supporting environment at the hospital. Over all experience was very good. Dr. Moon Jain was very humble and polite, and given her best advice at all visits. I had a C section, which gone very smoothly with her and the team.

Never visit this hospital if you are planning normal delivery......moon jain is only intrested in c section. Package is just the number most of the charges are excluded

Doctor and staff are very supportive. Dr. Moon Jain treated the patient with utmost care and always responded whenever called upon. Hospital is very clean and all the admin procedures are smooth and user friendly.

1) Worst experience ever staff is very rude and doesn't care about patient. 2) The services is very bad whenever we called any nurse for help when drip is over or need any other help they started making faces and didn't responded well. 3) In semi private room where my mom was admitted the other patient who was along with us was pregnant was having baby through operation, the hospital have a policy of only 2 attendees at a time but the other patient bought about 7-9 members of relative and 5-6 children with them and the hospital didn't do anything about them. They made noises and chaos the whole night and my mom and dad who was there to attend my mom that night didn't even sleep. We complained but no body listened. 4) At the time of discharge the one and only lift got some technical issue and we waited about 2 hours at the hospital for the lif to restart as my mom qho was on wheel chair couldn't take stairs. 5) Some other patients also were dissatisfied with service when talked to them. 6) We would have prefered some other hospital if the dr who did surgery wouldn't came here and the location was near all other hospitals where our dr do surgery is far. 7) The dr who did surgery was good but the allover experience was really bad.

I was under the treatment by dr. Moon jain . She is very good by nature and explains everything very nicely. I would be very thankful to her treatment hospital is well equipped and clean Supportive staff is also very nice

Madam dosent have time for patients, you wont get a proper appointment. go on allotted time, wait 1 hr, then meet assistent, wait another 1-1.5 hr, and then madam will see what the assistant has written within 30 seconds, and were done. Dont bother going if you want to actually meet an experienced doctor. Worst experience ever.
