Counter staff is very rude n over smart

Hospital staff is very polite and helpful in nature. Neat and clean room and hospital premise. Service are beyond my expectations. Overall great experience. Dr. Moon Jain Madam very supportive and explained everything about pre and post delivery. Thank you Madam and all staff for your valuable efforts during delivery.

We came to Pramila Hospital on 24th December regarding to my Bhabhi's delivery. We were damn sure that the Delivery will be only possible through C Section. But Moon Ma'am just did great and we had a normal delivery & blessed with twin baby girls... So a big shoutout to Moon Ma'am. We are really thankful for her efforts ❤️ But If I have to suggest you guys then I will say Ma'am is damn experienced and you can completely rely on her.. But on the other hand , The hospital is quite costly and even the staff misbehaves sometimes. Some behave so rude just opposite to Moon Ma'am.. Giving this five star rating only because of ma'am otherwise I'll give 2 star rating only.

Services provided by Pramila Hospital is very good. Nurses are very good and helpful. Moon Jain mem handled my delivery very well. Hospital was hygienic and clean. Doctor come on round 2-3 times which was very helpful.

"The best". I got my baby delivered here. Normal delivery, a very special thanks to Dr Dhara Singh Ma'am. Last but not least Sisily Ma'am, the incharge of whole hospital. She made my experience at this hospital super amazing. Perfect way to handle adverse situation. A true leader. Thank you Ma'am for all the support.

Such a bad experience I faced hear Nursing staff was very rude to us 6 months ago my mom had spine surgery here and whenever we ask something to nurse that what to eat when we can give food they confuse us they all reply differently .then if we do according to one nurse then other say harshly that I had say no to this,then why you gave this that. And now my mother in law get knee surgery here and same experience i felt again they harshly tell us anything . One of the staff's daughter was admitted with us in twin sharing and that lady had such an attitude they have 7-8 attendees with their and making chaos . They had their dinner there whole family was enjoying like picnic.

Best maternity hospital having all facilities together. It is complete package for maternity services. The services provided are excellent specially by nursing staff and duty doctors. The rooms are neat and cleaned and very well maintained. Proper caring is taken up by entire hospital. Dr Moon Jain is having rich experience in this field and she is humble and polite. Highly recommended.

Imagine your family member going through uterus removal surgery and the hospital staff ask you at 1 AM to bring a "dabba" of your own to send the organs for biopsy.. a hospital asking for dabba, nice.

Disappointing Experience at Pramila Hospital I recently visited Pramila Hospital with my partner, who was 4 months pregnant. This was her first pregnancy but unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Moon Jain was far from satisfactory. Despite being a prominent hospital, we faced several issues that left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. Long Waiting Time The first and foremost issue was the long waiting time. No matter how urgent your situation is, be prepared to wait for an indefinite period. We had to wait for hours before being attended to, which was unacceptable given the urgency of the condition sometimes. Lack of Attention and Time Most of the time when we met Dr. Moon Jain, we felt rushed and didn't receive sufficient time and attention. It seemed like she was in a hurry to attend to other patients, leaving us with more questions than answers. Unwillingness to Answer Questions Speaking of questions, Dr. Moon Jain didn't seem too pleased when we asked her more questions about my partner's condition and treatment. As patients, it's our right to be informed, but Dr. Moon Jain made us feel like we were bothering her. Lack of Proactive Information Sharing We had to ask upfront about the required information, which should have been shared by the doctor in the first place. It felt like we had to pull teeth to get the necessary details about my partner's treatment and care. Disorganized Consultation Process There was no sequence followed to discuss the problems with the doctor. It was chaotic, and we felt like we were jumping from one topic to another without any clear direction. Subpar Supporting Doctors The supporting doctors, including the pediatrician (Dr. Pradeep Kumar Nekiya), were very poor. They recommended packet milk (Sanchi) to new mothers instead of encouraging breastfeeding. As medical professionals, they should know the importance of breast milk for newborns. Lack of Breastfeeding Encouragement What was even more disturbing was that they didn't encourage breastfeeding, which is a crucial aspect of a newborn's health. It's shocking that doctors of Pramila hospital neglect this essential aspect of maternal care. Overall, our experience at Pramila Hospital was disappointing, to say the least. We expected a higher level of care and attention, especially from a reputed hospital like Pramila. Unfortunately, they failed to meet our expectations, and we would not recommend them to anyone.
