Never seen such a big caliber house behave this way. Sales person (Rahul) was specifically requested to get it delivered and installed the same day. He refused saying its company policy to deliver it the next day. But he promised to deliver and get it installed before early evening. Its festival time and at the time of writing this review still awaiting the delivery of the product. The sales man now says the product is on the way and now he claims its company policy to get it installed only the next day after delivery. Am apalled at the attitude of the sales guys and the delivery guys. The driver says at 8.30 pm that he is just leaving for my place and i have been asked to wait for the delivery since 6.00 pm. Worst after sales service i have ever seen. Awaiting the actual product to be still delivered and hope the quality is not the reason of pain.. But thoughts in the directions of never ever even remotely suggesting stellar to any1.

Worst experience.Purchased dining table set on 14 Aug.They send a damaged piece on 27 Aug . On complaing,they replace it after 15 days and issue remains the same. My sincere advice is never buy from such a cheat showroom

Very poor & bad quality of furniture . I bought sofa set 3+2+2 and which was too costly and after they convinced about the excellent quality for long time & very good wood/ply/foam/cloth then I bought. Within 1-2 year bottom cloth deteriorated & damaged byself and too much termite inside ply & exited powder.

We had issues with Stellar on their supplies. But on taking up the matter with them. They have resolved all of my issues. The executives particularly mr. Akash is very cooperative and I personally appreciate his way of handling the crises and resolving the matter amicably

We purchased a sofa set from Stellar last year. One of the seats got burnt due to an accident and had a few terrible looking holes. Which were very prominent. I was assisted by Stellar's team immediately upon contacting them. The service was out and out amazing. Ashvini ji made sure that I get the best quality service promptly. All my requests were accommodated nicely by the team. The seat is fixed and looks brand new. I highly recommend Stellar for great furniture designs and customer service.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Pathetic service. They should reduce their service charges for the service they provide. Consider a better option if you have. I had to get my sofa repaired. While taking the sofa they dismantled it properly and took, but they delivered it in such a way that I was not able to get the sofa inside my house because the door was small. They should brought dismantled parts and should have installed it in my bouse. Also they only sent one person (driver) so they expect customer to give support while holding the sofa wow, why do they even charge money then. Also they were not accepting UPI payment and needed all cash, they definitely need to upgrade themselves and become a little modern With all of that, they should maybe reduce their charges or reduce their costs by firing some of their staff

Very good experience shopping at Stellar. Very good selection with wide range of products to choose from. Best part is they gave honest suggestions and recommendations for their products. Keep it up! Their after sales service was satisfactory. Thank you Stellar team!!

Service of Sandeep and Sumit bhaiya was good as they were very polite, they have fitted and delivered our sofa well.. However the size of sofa is huge than expected tried calling steller to make modifications but it didn't happen, could improve on alterations part.

Good quality furniture. I got sofa, dining table, centre table and recliner. Our sales executive was Gaurav. He was polite and gave me 5 star service. Thank you gaurav. I will recommend stellar to all my relatives and friends.

I am highly impressed with Stellar furniture’s after sales service. I had got a nice dining table in Feb 2022, but somehow there were 2-3 cracks that started appearing in the coating of the table.. which normally doesn’t happen.. I called the manager Sapna .. she replied she had left the job and sent me the number of current manager. My number was sent to customer care person Vishal. The way the entire team handled the issue was commendable. The day reported the issue, my dining table top was picked up and delivered on time as promised. The team did it without any cost since they saw it was no body’s fault. I will highly recommend stellar furniture because of this very incident. Thank you.
