I have purchased Stellar dining table (Glass finish) about one year back . Intension was to buy wooden but available finishing was bad so I had gone one with Glass finish. Design is good. But Quality is very poor. Though I shared my concern about the stability they told me that , Legs were fixed with some laser technology and convinced me. But I am facing problem for last 3 months. Already they had fixed leg ( It has legs fixed with glue) two times. We use Dining table only when guests visit home. If it is the condition with such minimum use, Pl. think how it would have been otherwise. I don't recommend anyone to go with this brand , street side vendor can also give similar quality may be at much cheaper rate.

Very poor quality products! I Buyed sofa sets. The quality of cushions and sitting cushions is low. Got spoiled and pressed in 2 months! I have photos also . And I paid cost of 1 lac for sofas! When reached back to stellar showroom for this issue they said sir we can’t help in this. Useless fellows ! Will never buy from stellar.

Worst after sales service, they do not follow their commitments. I had to chase them a lot for changing the product. Only store manager helped me finally to change the dining top but they did not replace the coffee table with rusted pipes. Please take details before making any deal.

Service is very bad

The worst furniture store ever never buy anything from here the quality is very very poor my bed set dint even worked properly for 15 days all the joints started making noice and after sales service is even worst soo is the staff of the store they do not have any manner to talk to customer especially prakash jaydeep ritesh i recommend never to buy from their store anything

Fully satisfied with the service given by stellar. Special thanks to Mr. Abhishek Thakur(Sales Person). He was very kind and helpful. He suggested best furniture and the best offers available. Also he arranged best transportation facility to transport furniture safely to another city.

Not even a single employee of this showroom is interested in working. Looks like managment is not giving them salary. Store time is from 11am but when we reached at 12 noon no sales person was there, lights, fans, Acs were off. Later one staff came they were least interested in showing/explaining anything. When i made a phone call to higher authorities they were simply degending themselves and gave another number. On calling that number he didn't answered call/SMS. If they continue like this, they will sure go out of business soon.

Don't buy any product from here costume requirement , service not good same products you will get from wilson furniture and mahidpurwala with good customer service . stellar main focus is to sell a product, satisfaction of customer not important . I buy a sofa set from stellar but it not fir in my living room I told them to exchange and will buy some other but they not able to do that . If stellar is reading then one message to them satisfaction of customer more important than selling a product if you satisfied customer then he will definitely refer n come again to your door without any advertisement and without discount offer . Worst service go n visit other showroom
