I visited the salon on 05th april 2026, the person available was so lethargic, i was been asked all the questions about style and everything by standing, i was not even asked to sit on the saloon chair, i asked to use blade which was denied initially stating we dont use blade and the n it automatically came from nowere, the person who was doing hair cut was so lethargic and was least interested, as a standard practice during shaving head rest of saloon chair is used but in my case my head was hanging in the hair, i have been a regular visitor for matrix branded saloon but this experience was pathetic, think twice before visiting the saloon and i was overcharged as well standard hair cut is 300 while iwas charged 350 for hair cut Services Shaving
