I visited after making an appointment, but when I reached there, no booking was noted. I had to wait for 40 minutes. Moreover, the stylist was not good; he only took 5-7 minutes to cut my hair, which is practically not possible for a proper and professional haircut. I don't know how they are carrying the Matrix name. Very bad experience, i wont refer it to anyone.

I took nanoplasty treatment from here which cost me Rs.11200 rupees but my treatment was not done, after that I went to hair expert 4-5 times and he said that he is out of the city. After this I asked for the same from another Matrix salon. Did the treatment and they said that the treatment was not good but after taking payment these people do not agree with their mistake, personal suggestion is that you should take payment from the customer as per your rate card. But please serve them services properly.

I have done highlights.. Siddharth done my highlights.. but they do not do conditioning after that..and what color i choose he do different color..my hair become so dry...not satisfied
