Nritya Yoga

Extremely talented and well read in Yoga. I was looking for authenticity and knowledgeable training in Yoga and I am glad I could learn from Kirti Mam & Swati Mam. They are both very patient in helping you understand the forms, breathing techniques and postures while practicing Yoga. They have helped me immensely with my journey and I plan to continue practising with them to learn different Yoga forms. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to learn and practice yoga for one’s wellness and improving their health journey.

Sawati,a best yoga teacher—clear instructions, calm energy, and very attentive to form. Sessions feel balanced and leave you both relaxed and energized.

I have been taking classes from Swati di from last five years and now started with Prenatal Yoga and undoubtedly she is master in her training and is amazing guider. She is best in all the forms of yoga and is best in Prenatal yoga as well. I really enjoy my time with her in yoga sessions. Thanks for being there for me and guide me throughout my pregnancy journey as well.

Kirti Di is an incredible yoga instructor! I was never able to stay consistent with any kind of physical exercise, but with her guidance and motivation, I’ve finally made yoga a part of my routine. Even through online classes, her personal attention, patience, and way of teaching have really helped me improve my strength and flexibility. Truly a great learning experience!
