I had a 10year old history of Slipdisc, my doctor recommended to practice yoga under any guidance. Swati ma'am is so good in her work, that I am recovering very fast from my medical condition. Her private home visits helped me alot. The whole team of nritya yoga are certified yoga instructors. Most recommended.

It's not been even a month at Nritya Yoga, but I feel so many changes already in my Body. Not only I feel good Physically but mentally also. The environment at Class is really nice, very comfortable. All the Teachers are really kind. I have been attending Swati Di's Classes in the Evening. She is not only Professional but gives personal attention to all the concerns of each & every person. Would definitely recommend Nritya Yoga to anyone who wants to take first step towards Fitness.

I took 15 sessions for prenatal pregnancy yoga in the 9th month. It was good, set of moves were same for all sessions though, more asanas could have been included. But overall, she was good and supportive. Thanks for all sessions.
