The classes provide an excellent online training. Each class is so nicely planned and arranged. The instructors and yogis demonstrating yoga asanas are well balanced. The classes really help us to prepare ourselves to be a confident yoga volunteers. I have completed the Yoga Volunteer course and wish to continue with other courses.
