⭐☆☆☆☆ Gayatri Bus provided one of the worst travel experiences. Despite booking a front seat (C6), I was forced to sit at the back, which was very uncomfortable, especially during a late-night journey. Staff only said they would refund, but that doesn’t cover the inconvenience and frustration I faced. Very poor and unprofessional service!
I booked an advance ticket with Gayatri Travels, expecting a hassle-free journey. But when I arrived, they blatantly told me my seat was not available! What’s the point of booking in advance if they can’t manage their seats properly? The staff was rude and unapologetic, offering no solution or compensation. I was left stranded at the last moment, completely ruining my plans. This is nothing short of a fraudulent and irresponsible service. Gayatri Travels is completely unreliable—they overbook and don’t care about customers. Avoid this scam of a travel company unless you want to be left in the lurch. Rating: 0/5 – Absolutely disgraceful!
This has been a very bad experience traveling with the Gayatri travelers till now. I had booked the bus for the Dhule from Indore at Red Bus. After 5 km the bus had an issue. No alternative bus for this. Shifted to local bus till Shendva. On the journey, I don't got any seats. Worst experience till now.
